Well call us we love doing corporate events, rather it is a big Holiday party, Employee appreciation dinner or a launch event we are experienced at all of it.  We work with various vendors and when you hire us we can get all the vendors and make your event run smoothly,  when you hire us we will start with a consultation to see what ideas you have and what budget you have set; then I will immediately begin to search for vendors, I will first contact them and go look at it too see if it would even accomidate your event and if it does then I will reach out to you with all the choices and see which ones you would be interested in looking at.  After you tell me which ones I will then reach back out to the venue and book a tour of the facility for you and i will again accompany you on that tour. 

Once the venue is choosen them I will begin obtaining all the other vendors such as catering, entertainment, etc.  We would handle all the invitations by addreesing them, mailing them out, handle the RSVP list and even making them if you wish,  we can also handle the promotional items and awards,
